1. Reservation & Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by the property.
2. Deposit & Payment Terms
To complete a booking, a deposit equal to one third (1/3) of the total reservation amount is required.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the property, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Failure to complete the payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 60 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 15:00 (3:00 PM)
- Check-out time: 11:00 (11:00 AM)
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.
5. House Rules
Guests are kindly requested to respect the property and neighborhood at all times.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.
- Parties / Events: Parties or events are not allowed unless prior written approval is given by the property.
- Guests: The number of guests must not exceed the confirmed reservation. Any change in the number of guests must be communicated and approved in advance.
6. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
7. Use of Property
The property must be used solely for accommodation purposes and in accordance with the confirmed booking.
8. Force Majeure
The property shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or governmental restrictions.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation and/or staying at the property, the guest acknowledges and fully accepts these Terms & Conditions
